If you have someone who would like to make a donation to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, (CBCF) I have attached a Donation Sheet that you can capture their information and we can then in turn send them a tax receipt.  Please note that if they are giving you a cheque the cheque must be payable to either CANADIAN BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION or CBCF.   Also if they are giving you cash, you can either courier or drop off the cash to us or you can mail in a cheque with the total cash amount and attach the donor full contact information which includes full name, address, telephone and if you have it their email address. I would use the attached form to document everything and send all of that back to us.   If someone would like to use their visa they can also use the attached form but I would suggest sending that in either
bi-weekly or monthly basis so that it can be processed.  

 

Just a side note that anyone who does purchase a pin will not be eligible for a tax receipt as per CRA regulations.
